Stephanie Angolkar is a Partner and has been at the firm since 2008, after clerking for the Honorable Harriet Lansing and Honorable Kevin G. Ross of the Minnesota Court of Appeals. Stephanie’s practice focuses on the defense of municipal liability, civil rights, personal injury, and property claims; land use; and real estate litigation and consulting. Stephanie has tried several jury and court trials in state and federal court, and has argued at an appellate level in the Minnesota Court of Appeals and Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. Stephanie was recently appointed to the Minnesota Supreme Court Rules of Evidence Advisory Committee.
In 2016, Stephanie was certified by the Minnesota State Bar Association as a Real Property Specialist. Stephanie has served as president to her Homeowners’ Association Board of Directors and understands the variety of issues property management companies and Homeowners’ Associations face. Stephanie’s previous experience as a Realtor provides a foundation for her real estate litigation practice and for counseling real estate professionals, buyers, and sellers. She grew up in Lac qui Parle County and enjoys serving clients throughout Minnesota.
In her free time, Stephanie enjoys downhill skiing, golfing, and spending time with her family.
