Nathan Midolo joined the firm as an attorney in 2014. His practice consists of defending municipal liability claims, civil rights lawsuits, land use and environmental litigation as well as general litigation. Nathan is focused on serving municipal, commercial, and individual clients throughout the State of Minnesota.

Prior to joining the firm, Nathan worked as an Assistant County Attorney in Kandiyohi County where he prosecuted a variety of criminal cases and represented Kandiyohi County on a significant number of civil cases. Nathan has tried numerous jury trials and has argued cases before the Minnesota Court of Appeals and Minnesota Supreme Court.

Nathan enjoys participating in the many year-round activities Minnesota offers and spending time with his wife, family, and friends.
